Psychotherapy

As an analytical (the school of C.G. Jung) psychotherapist, I hold the belief that psychotherapy sessions are a journey together into the depths of who we are. There we can look for solutions to something that is bothering us. If you are encountering emotional or relational difficulties, find yourself wondering about the meaning of life, want to know yourself better, or are curious about dreams and imagination, analytical psychotherapy might be a good fit for you.
I have been training and practicing in analytical psychotherapy since 2019 (I received my psychotherapist qualification in 2025). I started providing psychological counseling in 2012, and I have had my private counseling practice since 2016.

I provide psychotherapy to adults and adolescents from the age of 11, in both Lithuanian and English. I work in Vilnius, at Užupio Street 30, and also offer remote consultations. Sessions typically last for 50 minutes and are usually held once a week.
